Built a multi-tab admin dashboard covering platform revenue, yearly and monthly growth, revenue per event, and country-level revenue distribution with live currency breakdowns.

Designed a full acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion tracking system — including buyer/seller segmentation, age distribution, language split, and geo-mapped revenue.

Producer Intelligence

Delivered producer growth tracking, top 50 producer rankings, event fill rates, tickets sold per producer, time-to-first-event cohort analysis, and MAU/DAU monitoring.

Forecasting & Insurance

Built a Prophet-based revenue forecasting model with actual vs forecast comparisons at producer and platform level, plus a dedicated insurance dashboard tracking insured tickets, refunds, and earnings by event.
